This is a general kitchen tools brand. As with the main brand KOUTETSU, I started making things that I really want to use.
Our lineup includes iron pans, mittens, aprons, knife holders, knife carry bags and cutting boardes.
All are products of trial and error and ingenuity.
The naming of "west japan tools" is derived from the fact that Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, where I, Takayuki Shibata, live, is located in western Japan. I wanted to engage in professional craftsmanship with partners within the range that I could personally verify, so the brand was realized through encounters with wonderful artisans within the scope of my actions.
